The challenge

How do you turn interest in cycling into a serious enquiry?

Eurocycle Adventures operates in a considered-purchase category: multi-day cycling holidays require more commitment than an everyday consumer purchase. The marketing therefore needed to do more than generate attention — it needed to communicate the experience, build trust and give prospects a clear next step.

What I worked on

The important lesson was that the job of marketing didn't stop at the lead form. The message, landing experience and follow-up all needed to work as one customer journey.

What I learned

I became particularly interested in the gap between generating a lead and generating genuine buying intent. Messaging that reduced uncertainty — around the experience, the route, the group and what customers could expect — was more useful than simply describing the product.

This case study intentionally avoids publishing confidential or unverified performance figures. The focus is on the marketing thinking and work I can substantiate.
